It is nestled in the middle of Caherciveen town and is a 5 minute walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. This property is only 15-20 minute drive to local beaches and areas for hill walks and exploring. This property is fully fitted with modern conveniences.
The space
When you enter this town house, you enter into a large dining/sitting room area which has an open fire, flat screen tv and dining table. This leads to the kitchen which is equipped with all necessary appliances. Upstairs, there are two double rooms with black out blinds. The washing machine is also located upstairs just off the living room. There is also a bathroom.
On the second floor there is a large bedroom. The stairs leading up t this bedroom is narrow and steep.
The house has 2 smart tvs, wifi, washing machine.
