Large Town-house with lots of character. This is a spacious property which has 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6 guests. It is nestled in the middle of Caherciveen town and is a 5 minute walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. This property is only 15-20 minute drive to local beaches and areas for hill walks and exploring. This property is fully fitted with modern conveniences.

When you enter this town house, you enter into a large dining/sitting room area which has an open fire, flat screen tv and dining table. This leads to the kitchen which is equipped with all necessary appliances. Upstairs, there are two double rooms with black out blinds. The washing machine is also located upstairs just off the living room. There is also a bathroom.
On the second floor there is a large bedroom. The stairs leading up t this bedroom is narrow and steep.
The house has 2 smart tvs, wifi, washing machine.

Guests have access to the entire house.

This is the perfect location to explore the Wild Atlantic Way and the many blue flag beaches in the surrounding area. This property is a 15 minute drive from two local beaches and is at the heart of the town of Caherciveen.

SkelligSix18 Distillery & Visitor experience is within walking distance or a short drive. Here you can do a tour and unique tasting experience & discover the secrets behind their Irish pot distilled Gin.

There are many beautiful hill walks and playgrounds for children dotted around South Kerry. For those wishing to work out or unwind Aspire Fitness Beach sessions or their open gym is a must and also Oileàn Pilates Studio for a more relaxing workout.

World renowned fish restaurants and an array of bars are guaranteed to provide excellent food and great music sessions. Guests can enjoy fishing, hiking, golfing, sea sports, horse riding trips and many other wonderful activities in the area which the host is happy to help organise.
