Here at Skellig Holiday Homes, we take that pressure off the home owner and provide a service which looks after all of the above on your behalf:
- Advertising & Marketing – We add your home to our website listings for holiday makers to view.
- Managing Bookings – We liaise with potential guests, nurture relationships and ensure the right people are matched with the right homes. We also manage all payments and deposits.
- Meeting the Guests – We will be the first point of contact for your guests and will remain on hand for all queries for the duration of their booking.
- Check Out – We will coordinate check out for all guests and report back any feedback .
- Full Cleaning – We provide a full cleaning service in between reservations.
- Linen Services – Laundering of all linen and towels.
- Provision of Welcome Baskets – We will provide a beautiful welcome basket for all guests packed full of either wine, chocolates and cheese or cereals, sausages and bread etc. Our baskets are tailored to each guest.
- Welcome Booklet – Each guest will receive an information booklet about the house and local attractions (bars, restaurants, beaches, tourists sites, walks etc).
- 24 Hour Assistance – Skellig Holiday Homes will be on hand to assist guests with any queries for the duration of their stay.
