A family home for many years recently decorated and ready to share with lucky families for their holidays in the beautiful South Kerry. Boasting wonderful vistas of Church, Beginis and Valentia islands, this property has huge gardens, ample parking and is situated just at the edge of Cahersiveen town. Walking distance to all its bars, restaurants & amenities with supermarket & hotel next door. Super peaceful area with access to the clear blue waters of Valentia harbour for a refreshing swim.

This house has been a loving family home and now the family are ready to share this amazing spacious house with holiday makers. Walking into the property you are greeted with a spacious hallway. To the left is the large kitchen and utility. Off this is a sitting room with open fire to relax and watch tv. Off this is a porch for relaxing and taking in the amazing views or reading a book. There are two bedrooms down stairs - one double and one twin and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and one en suite. There is also another sitting room where you can watch tv , relax or read a book. You can also take in more of the amazing views this property has to offer. This room is especially handy if your family has teenagers or older kids who like their own space. Outside the back door there is a patio with some seats. If you follow the little path it leads you to a secluded outdoor dining area which will be perfect for al fresco dining in the summer evenings. There is a huge amount of garden space all around the house.

Guests have access to a beautiful outdoor garden and patio area with outdoor dining facilities available. A 5 minute walk away is a beach where you can take a refreshing evening dip or a lovely evening stroll down the private road to the beach.

The host will be available to guests at all times by phone or whats app and will as often as is possible meet with guests on arrival.

You are in a beautiful, peaceful, scenic part of the town but not too far to have easy access to all this great town has to offer. You have your large super market across the road and a hotel with bar and Restaurant next door if you feel like taking an evening off from cooking. You can enjoy al Fresco dining in your private outdoor area and can take a 5 minute walk down a nice quiet road where you will have a relaxing undisturbed swim.

The town is about an 11 minute walk with footpaths all the way. There are local link buses to access all the surrounding tourists spots in South Kerry. Taxi numbers will also be provided by the hosts. Bike hire also available locally. There is ample parking at the property so this will not be an issue.

This is the perfect location to explore the amazing Wild Atlantic Way and the many blue flag beaches in the surrounding area. Help can be given to arrange landing trips and trips around the stunning Skellig Islands. You can walk to the amazing SkelligSix18 Distillery & visitor experience . Here you can do a tour and unique tasting experience & discover the secerets behind their Irish pot distilled Gin. There are many beautiful hill walks and playgrounds for children dotted around South kerry. For this guests wishing to workout or unwind Aspire Fitness beach sessions & their Open Gym is a must or for something more relaxing Oileàn Pilates Studio is ideal. World renowned fish restaurants and plenty of bars guaranteed to provide some great music sessions.
There is also fishing, hiking, golfing and horse riding trips available in the area and the host is happy to help organise these for you.
