The area can be explored in equal enjoyment on foot, bike, or car. The Wild Atlantic Way, Skellig Ring, and Ring of Kerry are some of the most popular destinations in Ireland for all travelers regardless of your mode of transport. The car ferry to the busy town of Cahersiveen is walking distance from the house and the fishing village of Portmagee is a 10-minute drive.
